Technical questions, project-fit supplier selection and clear acceptance criteria over generic claims.
BTYSpec is an independent industrial solutions and supply partner. We coordinate technical requirements, selected manufacturing resources, quality and delivery around each project.
BTYSpec comes from “Built To Your Specification.” The brand name and official tagline remain in English in every market; local-language pages explain the same promise without changing the name.
Products may change. The capability to move from specification to reliable delivery should remain constant.BTYSpec brand principle

I’m Hugo. Before starting BTYSpec, I worked in international B2B trade—coordinating suppliers, following production, resolving quality issues, managing deliveries, and dealing with the problems that do not show up on a quotation sheet.
Those experiences shaped how I think about industrial sourcing. A good partner should do more than provide a price: they should understand what you need, ask the right questions, control the details, communicate clearly, and take responsibility when something goes wrong.
I’m building BTYSpec to be the kind of partner I wish I had back then.
That is also why I personally review every qualified inquiry that comes to BTYSpec. When I see a practical way to reduce unnecessary cost, simplify a requirement, improve manufacturability or avoid a sourcing risk, I will tell you—even if you did not ask.
Our goal is not simply to quote what you ask for—it is to help make sure what is being quoted is what you actually need.
BTYSpec owns project understanding, technical coordination, supplier selection, quality follow-up and delivery communication. Manufacturing is completed through selected project-specific partners, and we aim to describe that relationship honestly.
Technical questions, project-fit supplier selection and clear acceptance criteria over generic claims.
Clear communication about capability, open questions, cost drivers, schedule and project risk.
We do not present selected manufacturing partners, certificates or factory assets as BTYSpec-owned unless that is actually true.
One project communication window from requirement review through quality follow-up and delivery support.
A credible industrial partner should be understandable from four directions: what they know, how they work, what evidence they use, and who takes responsibility.
Understand what needs to be built. Define what matters. Control the process. Verify the result.Built To Your Specification.
Send us what you have. For qualified projects, we provide a complimentary preliminary specification and sourcing review before quotation.
